Dog & Cat Licensing
All dogs and cats in the Village of Campbellsport must be licensed by April 1st each year. Payment can be sent with your tax payment (separate check please) and include the form below (bottom of page). Property owners need to notify their renters that they are required to purchase dog and cat licenses. Please fill form in completely. Rabies information is mandatory per state statute 95.21. You are allowed only a combination of 2 dogs & 3 cats or 3 dogs & 2 cats per household, per Village ordinance 192-19(b). Failure to license your pet could lead to a municipal citation, should your pet be found at large in the Village.
Fees
Un-neutered male cats or dogs = $10.00
Neutered male cats or dogs = $5.00
Un-spayed female cats or dogs = $10.00
Spayed female cats or dogs = $5.00
Late Fee
Any dog or cat license that is obtained after April 1st, UNLESS FOR A NEW PET, will have a $5.00 late fee added.
