In Campbellsport, we understand that development can best be encouraged when the municipality and developer work together as a team, and not against each other. We have the same goal: to better the lives of our constituents.

That’s what sets us apart from other municipalities, the willingness to work together to obtain the same goal. Campbellsport is a member of Envision Greater Fond du Lac, which we use as a partner in providing low interest financing, technical support for emerging businesses, and different forms of jobs and tax credits.

The Village of Campbellsport is also prepared to invest within our own community, as we have always done. We currently have TID #1 which houses our Industrial Park and covers the southern quarter of the village. TID #1 overlays our industrial park to renew our ability to invest in the village’s industrial future, but it also encapsulates 12 acres of land prime for mixed use development. This parcel of land is also between two new subdivisions, which are currently adding homes, and a proposed 22-unit condominium development. We’ll be glad to welcome you and your team to the middle of everywhere: Campbellsport.
