The Campbellsport Housing Market

The Village of Campbellsport has seen a significant change in socio-economic demographics and residential develpment since 2020. Historically a working class and blue collar community, the village has experienced a boom in both Median Household Incomes and Median New Home Prices. 

This page is to serve as a place for information in regards to buying, building or renting and the affordability of the Village of Campbellsport.

Current residential developments

Valley View Estates (Single Family and Duplex Subdivision)

Valley View Estates, built in 2005 offers .5 acre to .75 acre sized lots that are zoned multi-family. 

Theisen Trails (Single Family and Duplex Subdivision)

Theisen Trails, built in 2005 offers .23 acre to .5 acre sized lots that are zone for single family housing, with seveal lots with special exceptions for duplex homes to be built. 

Soaring Eagle (Single Family, Duplex and Condo Subdivision)
