The Village of Campbellsport contracted again with Martinson & Eisele in January of 2022 to begin the process of updating the original 2006 comprehensive plan. Since the time of that initial plan, many things have changed for Campbellsport: Three new subdivisions (Theisen Trails, Valley View and Soaring Eagle) have been built and or are in process, The Convent has been demolished, and a new Industrial Park has been added on the South end of the Village.
In order to better reflect the current land use of the village, and reaffirm and re-detail some of the goals set in 2006, the Plan Commission has taken the lead in reviewing and updating materials from the original plan. In addition, the Plan Commission and Village Staff have set out to look to the future for new goals and new opportunities, all while maintaining the existing character of the Village of Campbellsport.
