Open Records Requests

Open records requests can be made in person at the Campbellsport Police Department between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Please fill out the form below. Requests can also be made by:

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your request to be processed. The following fees may apply:

Incident reports: $0.30/page

USBs for videos, photos, digital reports, etc: $10.00

For any costs over $5.00 you will be contacted and required to pre-pay. If locating costs exceed $50.00, the requester will pay these additional charges.
