Special Village Board Meeting - May 31, 2006
The Village Board will be meeting with Dan Gellings and Phil Twohig to review a detailed proposal for construction of a new Department of Public Works building. A proposed building design and a not-to-exceed cost estimate will be presented. The Board will be asked to review this information, and to decide whether the Village should proceed with the project. If a decision is made to proceed, the Board will be asked to authorize the finalization of building design and the preparation of bid documents, and to set a timeline for bidding and construction.
