Parking Tickets
If you received a parking ticket from the Campbellsport Police Department, here is what you should know.
If you do not pay the ticket within 10 days, the fine increases to $40. After 25 days, the fine increases to $55. If the ticket remains unpaid after 40 days from the date issued, a suspension will be placed on your vehicle registration. An additional $5 fee will be added to the total amount owed to cover our cost to submit a suspension. If you have multiple parking tickets under a suspension, this will not be satisfied until all parking tickets have been paid.
We accept cash, check, money order, and Visa or Mastercard. Please note there is an additional fee for using your credit card.
You can pay by credit card HERE. Please put parking ticket number in the "Other" box.
Do you object to your parking ticket?
You can request a hearing to discuss your parking ticket with the prosecuting attorney for the Village of Campbellsport. You must understand that this hearing is a courtesy granted by the Village of Campbellsport and that if, after the hearing, you still wish to challenge the parking ticket, a citation will be issued and a trial date will be set in Lakeside Municipal Court. As long as you appear at the hearing, no additional penalties will be assessed for requesting this hearing. If you fail to appear, the provisions of section 464-22 of the Code of General Ordinances of the Village of Campbellsport will control the disposition of your ticket.
Fill out the form below and file it with Lakeside Municipal Court at the address listed on the top, or we can file it for you. The court will then contact you for a pre-trial hearing.
