1.      This folder was submitted by Mr. Reese about 1985. Hence, information from after that time is not represented here.

2.      An index is provided. Examination of the actual field notes must be done at the Campbellsport Area Historical Society area at the Campbellsport Public Library. Photo-copy of the information can also be requested by contacting the Campbellsport Historical Society.

3.      The folder contains a broad variety of topics,  including a number of brief histories of churches and cemeteries.  For the convenience of researchers, we have compiled these brief histories from this and other folders into one file titled “Cemetery and Church Histories”. These histories do not contain lists of burials.
