Notice of Public Test For August 11th, 2026 (Voting Equipment)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST VILLAGE OF CAMPBELLSPORT, FOND DU LAC COUNTY

Notice is hereby given for the public test of the Dominion Image Cast Evolution (ICE) voting equipment. The ICE electronic voting device will be used at the August 11^th, 2026 Partisan Primary. The public test will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 at the Village Municipal Center 470 Grandview Avenue, Campbellsport, WI. This test is open to the public.

Villages of Campbellsport and Kewaskum Secure $83,685 Wisconsin Innovation Grant for Regional Wastewater Services Partnership

The Villages of Campbellsport and Kewaskum were awarded an $83,685 Wisconsin Innovation Grant to create a regional wastewater services partnership that improves efficiency, strengthens regulatory compliance, and reduces long-term costs through shared municipal services.

PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WISCONSIN FINAL DECISION (Water Rates)

Campbellsport Residents,

Attached are two documents that provide information about the upcoming changes to the Village's water rates. The documents explain the addition of the Public Fire Protection (PFP) charge to customer water bills and the approved 6.5% water rate increase.

The Village's rate application was filed with the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC). During the PSC review process, residents were notified of the proposed changes, provided an opportunity to submit comments, and given a link to follow the application and receive updates.

These changes take effect on July 1, 2026. We encourage all residents to review the enclosed information to better understand how these changes may affect their water bill. If you have any questions, please contact the Village Office.

PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF THE CAMPBELLSPORT MUNICIPAL WATER UTILITY

The Campbellsport Municipal Water Utility (Utility) has filed an application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (Commission) to increase water rates. The increase is necessary due to a 29.28 percent increase in gross plant investment and a 27.04 percent increase in operating expenses since the last water rate case was completed in 2017. The total increase in water revenues requested is $51,812 which will result in an estimated overall rate increase of 6.50 percent over the water utility’s present revenues.

Padrick Dunn Appointed as Village Administrator

The Village of Campbellsport is pleased to announce the appointment of Padrick Dunn as its next Village Administrator. Dunn will lead the organization’s day-to-day operations while working closely with elected officials, staff, and the community.

In 2026, three Village Board seats are up for election for the 2026 Spring Election.

If you are interested in running for a local office position, please be sure to obtain the required documents from the Village Clerk. The deadline to return Nomination Paperwork to the Village Clerk's Office is January 6, 2026.
